How do I open a credit account?
All first orders are processed via pro-forma invoice.
Subsequent orders can only be purchased on credit upon the completion and acceptance by Eurocharts of the credit account form.

Can I place an order on the website?
Yes. Eurocharts has a fully integrated e-commerce system.

Will there be a delivery charge on my order?
All orders are subject to delivery charges. The fees charged are dependent upon the product range and the quantity ordered. All delivery fees are charged at cost and are continually monitored to ensure the lowest fee possible

What is the returns policy?
Eurocharts do not operate a sale or returns policy unless agreed by prior arrangement; each return is determined on a case by case basis (this does not affect your statutory rights).
To be accepted back for credit, the goods must be unopened and in a re-saleable condition and will be subject to a 20% handling charge. All return postage is the customers responsibility.
If the goods are deemed non resaleable or returned without prior arrangement no credit will be issued. The goods must then be collected at the customers expense.

Do you ship outside the UK?
Eurocharts frequently process international orders. All shipments are Ex-Works or charged at cost
How will my order be delivered?
All UK mainland deliveries are shipped on a 2-3 day TNT service or via recorded post (dependant on size).
A signiture will be required upon delivery for all orders.
What is the lead time on my order?
Lead time is dependent upon the product(s) and quantity ordered
Stock items have an approximate lead time of 3-5 working days
Bespoke and out of stock items have an approximate lead time of 10-21 working days dependent upon production schedule
Do all prices include VAT?
All prices on this website are subject to change without notification and are exclusive of carriage and VAT
Can I get help in designing my system?
Eurocharts provide a free, no obligation planning advisory service to assist you in the design of a system matching your requirements.
