Ensure customer satisfaction and maximise financial gains through the utilisation of the Eurocharts Workshop Scheduling Board.

The Workshop Principle
The workshop scheduling or "Workshop Planning" board operates on a very simple and clear system for optimum ease of use:

The foreman allocates each job to specific workshop personnel / mechanics through placement of Job Order Pockets in the respective personal work stations. The job order pockets hold all job documentation including the scheduling copy and car keys (etc).

The right hand edge of the job order pocket aligns with the planned completion date/time identifying the foreman's requested completion time ‐ through utilisation of the Workshop Scheduling Boards integrated date/time strips. On job commencement the designated employee / mechanic removes the entire job order pocket, leaving the scheduling copy on the board to signify the required completion time. Individual order durations and completion times may be further illustrated through insertion of yellow signal strips into the integrated time/date column. Furthermore, a status signal can be attached to individual orders to detail more specific order requirements and specifications.

After job completion, the scheduling order and Job Order Pocket are placed in the "Final Inspection" column for quality control purposes. Once the pocket has cleared the final inspection an invoice can then be safely generated.

The Workshop Scheduling Board has the capacity to process orders for the following week on a daily basis. Additionally the board has preallocation compartments for "alternate/substitute work", "parts" or "orders to be scheduled" and individual compartments for the 3 subsequent weeks.
