Placing an Order
Orders can be placed online, via telephone, email, fax or post
Online
Eurocharts has a fully integrated e-commerce system. Each item possess an "Add" or "Add to Basket" button; along with options to notify the quantity required and the size and/or colour where appropriate.
When all purchases have been selected, the basket can be reviewed and the checkout procedure initiated by clicking on either the "Basket" or "Checkout" buttons that are located at the top left hand side of all pages.
When reviewing the basket, item quantities may be altered or be completely removed (the "Recalculate" button may be required). A carriage charge will automatically be calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your complete order.
All delivery information is collected on a SSL secured page and all payments are handled on the secure PaymentSense server.
Once completed, an automatic conformation email will be generated. A dispatch note will be sent via email when goods are in transit. A paid invoice will be dispatched after the goods have been received.
Telephone
Please contact the Eurocharts Sales Desk (+44 (0)1253 790069) with your requirements or queries. A conformation email and Pro-forma invoice will then be generated confirming the order details and delivery information.
The order will then be processed upon receipt of payment.
E-Mail
Please E-mail Sales@Eurocharts.co.uk with your purchase order or enquiry.
Alternatively, download the Eurocharts Order Form (Excel), complete as required and return to Sales@Eurocharts.co.uk by following the instructions in the document
A conformation email and Pro-forma invoice will be generated for all forms of email order, confirming the order details and delivery information.

Fax
Please fax your purchase order to +44 (0)1253 790134. A conformation email and Pro-forma invoice will then be generated confirming the order details and delivery information.
The order will then be processed upon receipt of payment.

Payment
Credit or Debit Card
All major credit and debit cards are accepted online (through PaymentSense) or over the telephone.
For telephone orders:
Please call the Sales desk on +44 (0)1253 790069 and they will be happy to process your payment.
Please note, all credit or debit card details are destroyed after use and no information is kept on record.
The payment receipt will be attached to a copy of the paid invoice and sent via royal mail once the goods have been dispatched
Bank Transfer
Eurocharts accepts all forms of bank transfer.

To ensure your order is processed efficiently, we kindly ask that after paying via bank transfer you forward a remittance advice to Sales@Eurocharts.co.uk, failure to do so may result in delayed order processing.
Cheque
Eurocharts accept payment by Cheque. All Cheques should be made payable to Eurocharts and sent to:

Delivery Terms
Charges
All orders are subject to delivery charges.
The fees charged are dependent upon the product range and the quantity ordered. All delivery fees are charged at cost and are continually monitored to ensure the lowest fee possible

Method of Delivery
All UK mainland deliveries are shipped on a 2-3 day TNT service or via recorded post (dependant on size).
A signiture will be required upon delivery for all orders.
International
Eurocharts frequently process international orders. All shipments are Ex-Works or charged at cost
Lead Times
Lead time is dependent upon the product(s) and quantity ordered
Stock Items
Stock items have an approximate lead time of 3-5 working days
Bepoke Items
Bespoke items have an approximate lead time of 10-21 working days dependent upon production schedule
Credit Accounts
All first orders are processed via pro-forma invoice.
Subsequent orders may only be purchased on credit upon the completion and authorisation of the credit account application form.

Basic Credit Account Terms
Payment is strictly 30 days net
Late payment will result in suspension of the credit account
First credit orders are subject to a £1000.00 credit limit
Returns Policy
Eurocharts do not operate a sale or returns policy unless agreed by prior arrangement; each return is determined on a case by case basis (this does not affect your statutory rights).
To be accepted back for credit, the goods must be unopened and in a re-saleable condition and will be subject to a 20% handling charge. All return costs are the customers responsibility.
If the goods are deemed non resaleable or returned without prior arrangement no credit will be issued. The goods must then be collected at the customers expense.

International Enquiries & Orders
Eurocharts frequently process and welcome all international enquiries and orders and are able to offer export discounts.
All transactions are in Pound Sterling (GBP) and are subject to any applicable tax. All shipments are Ex-Works or charged at cost
International orders cannot be processed via the websites e-commerce system (due to the calculation of shipment charges) but our Sales Team are happy to process and assist with your orders via telephone and email.

Sales Office Hours
The Eurocharts Sales Office is open 09.00 - 17.00 (GMT), Monday to Friday.
Online orders can be processed 24 hours a day.
Approved Supplier Lists
Eurocharts are happy to complete Supplier Account Forms for all organisations that operate utilising an approved supplier list.
