Planning Scale & Layout:
The channel planning board is divided horizontally into Monday-Friday plus Weekend sections
Each section is divided into12 x 20mm width hourly spaces
A 140mm width index section to be positioned at the left hand side of the production board. listing vertically a maximum of 17 index items (per week)
Key Features:
- Self-clipping Channels: Securely hold job cards preventing accidental movement
- Card Job Cards: Hand write & cut to length the 280 mm (L) job cards to express duration against the integral date strips
- Modular, Framed Planning Board: Robust complete unit that may be extended at any time
- 32 mm (H) Job Cards: Slot into the 20 mm depth channels leaving a 12 mm visible planning edge
Set up the board display into the 2 x weekly displays and index sections using the supplied scale strips and index card
Index items to be hand written on the supplied white index cards and listed vertically down the left hand side of the board. Space to requirement
Job data to be written onto the job cards and colour coded as required (5 colours provided). The length of the job card (cut to length), when expressed against the hourly scale strips, will show the planned production stage duration
All jobs to be scheduled horizontally across the board, scheduled against the corresponding index item
Changes to plan? Simply slide the job card along the channel or relocate to an alternative resource

The modular planner board to be simply assembled and the board wall mounted – fittings & instructions supplied.
